Beginning Weaving
This entry level course provides an engaging introduction to the craft of weaving. Students will learn basic weaving structures, have an opportunity to try different looms, create a sampler, and weave a project of their own design, either a wool scarf or cotton placemats. The course will include instruction in project planning, yarn selection, preparing a warp, threading a loom, weaving, and finishing.

Warp and Weave
Ideal for the beginner to intermediate level weaver who wants practice dressing the loom and learning more about a specific technique or topic. Students begin the class with a warp and a project plan. During the class students will dress their loom and explore the intended techniques, first by following the project plan and then through independent exploration as time, and warp allows. Class topics include color gamps, twill weaves, canvas weave, and textures.

Private Lessons
Do you need assistance getting started or expanding your skills on your own loom? Private lessons are available at a rate of $25 per hour, plus the cost of materials.
